STANDARD DESIGN - The Btektech mixing nozzles are made of plastic material, with bell-mouth and spiral inner-core, suitable for all standard 200 ml or 400 ml cartridges, the inside diameter is 5 mm. Btektech PMC05-24 can replace Sulzer Mixpac MCH 05-24T or 102415, Btektech PMS05-32 can replace Sulzer Mixpac MCH 05-32T or 102416.
APPLICATION - It is often used for the high-pressure operation of glue filling machines,
can be used as a handheld device or mounted on a stand or robot, for the mixing of epoxies, composites silicones, polyurethanes, and methyl methacrylates.
EASY CLEANUP - Disposable nozzle and tube, easy to clean, no need for mixing and stirring tools to clean.
