STANDARD DESIGN - The Btektech mixing nozzles are made of plastic material, with bell-mouth and spiral inner-core, suitable for all standard 200 ml or 400 ml cartridges, the inside diameter is 8 mm. Btektech PMC08-18 can replace Sulzer Mixpac MCH 08-18T or 102421, Btektech PMC08-24 can replace Sulzer Mixpac MCH 08-24T or 102424, Btektech PMC08-32 can replace Sulzer Mixpac MCH 08-32T or 102425.
APPLICATION - It is often used for the high-pressure operation of glue filling machines,
can be used as a handheld device or mounted on a stand or robot, for the mixing of epoxies, composites silicones, polyurethanes, and methyl methacrylates.
