When do we ship?

After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

What about the area do we ship to?

We are a professional mixing tube manufacturer, supplying products to merchants, factories and individuals worldwide. However, our website currently only supports users in the United States to place orders. If you are from other countries, please contact our customer service and we will create an order for you.

What is the express delivery method？

Btektechshop.com uses Epacket to ship the majority of our orders. On large orders, we can ship via freight to reduce shipping costs and lead times.

Can I ship with my own courier account?

Yes, please contact our customer service (service@btektechshop.com)  before payment, we can cancel the shipping fee for you.

Can I change to a faster shipping method?

Yes, we provide express such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. If you have any requirements on the shipping time and express type, please contact our customer service (service@btektechshop.com) in time.
